HELL was all around me!

A hailstorm that is

This past Sunday (Easter Sunday) I was on my way back to Texas after visiting my parents in Lawton Oklahoma and I ran right into a hailstorm! Traffic had slowed down to about 20 – 30 mph on the highway due to how bad the hailstorm got. People where “Pulling Over” to the side of the road in fear of continuing on. I kept going through it though and about 30 to 45 minutes later down the road I made it through the hailstorm. There where times when I wanted to “Pull Over” like the others, but something told me to KEEP MOVING FORWARD, so I did.

************ LIFE LESSON AHEAD *************

How many times during our lives have we felt like we have ran right into a storm, life became a living hell and instead of continuing to MOVE FORWARD we “Pulled Over” to the side of the road letting fear get the best of us?

So many people get so close to their GREATNESS but “Pull Over” right before the finish line.
By continuing to MOVE FORWARD on Easter Sunday I eventually made it through the hailstorm. YES I had some damage done to my car, but I can only imagine how much more damage I would of acquired if I “Pulled Over” and just sat in one place!

In life when we run into our storms we need to KEEP MOVING FORWARD! If life can scare you and keep you “Pulled Over” then it will!

Just as I kept MOVING FORWARD through the hailstorm in my car, I have learned to KEEP MOVING FORWARD through life’s storms. Your mind is the key to you being able to continue to MOVE FORWARD. Train your mind and you will meet your SUCCESS, stay FOCUSED and you will keep your SUCCESS!

LORD......

As this year comes to an end and we wait for the NEW one to begin,

I stop to think of the year thats gone......

on the things I've said and the things I've done....

then I wonder, have I lost or won?

I think of the NEW friends and relationships I've created,

and of the old ones that still stand true....

My path throughout this past year LORD was made easier

only because it was walked beside you.

I think of all the times

when my path wasn't clear

the obstacles and hurdles caused me to fear.

My FAITH tried to slip away, but you was their to help it stay...

Now as I bust threw the wall of this NEW YEAR,

I wonder what it holds.....

Whatever it holds for me and mine,

I will welcome it with an open MIND,

for you have taught me LORD threw this past year

that my MIND is precious and can eliminate all FEAR.

Continue to use me LORD for you are the spirit and I am the flesh,

and together as one "I AM" all that you are and you are the BEST!

-Why control your “desires”?

• By controlling your “desires” you learn not to become GREEDY and blind to what’s really going on around you!

Example: A new job that pays more or a promotion is not always good! Like the Late Great Notorious BIG said “More money More PROBLEMS”. That statement is very true “IF” you acquire more LIABILITIES than you do ASSETS!

The Bible says that the LOVE of MONEY is the route of all evil! It does not say that MONEY is the route of all evil, but the LOVE of it is! (GREED)

-Why control your “emotions”?

• Learn to control your “emotions” because emotions can get the best of you! If you carry your emotions around on yourshoulders you are likely to get taking advantage of! People play off of your“emotions”!

If you can “think” before you “react” (controlling your “emotions”), you in return will gain respect and in most cases you can start to make money work for you and stop working for money!

What You Can Do Now

Establish clarity of vision:

Get all of the distractions out of your life.

Have the right cargo and passengers:

Surround yourself with like minded people and build a support team.

Have a finely tuned engine:

The MIND, BODY, and SOUL has to be on the same track.

Just like a car if one part is not working right you need to fine tune it!

Make sure you have a full tank of gas:

You can't go on the JOURNEY with a half tank!

Your tank has to be full of determination, drive, focus, passion, love, etc.

Define your destination:

Have goals and GO AFTER them! CREATE new goals as you go,

WRITE THEM DOWN!

Have an unobstructed ability to use rearview mirrors:

Always remember where you came from and how you don't want to go

back to that life. Use your past as fuel towards the future!

Understand the needs of other drivers:

The road to SUCCESS has many drivers.

Never stop being a STUDENT first and a TEACHER second!
